The Annual Mobisoft Standard Support Level Agreement provides technical support in core operating hours from 8.30am until 5.00pm, Monday—Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

In the event of a need for support arising outside of core hours, Mobisoft UK will offer chargeable support at agreed rates.
